Role Description The Partner – Client Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi region.

The Partner will serve as a primary relationship manager for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless communication, trust, and long-term engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, coordinating wealth solutions with internal specialists, and proactively addressing service needs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular client meetings, preparation of portfolio summaries, follow-up on action items, and timely resolution of queries or concerns. The Partner will also contribute to enhance client experience and deepen relationships.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Support skills to manage ongoing interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess a proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, including responsiveness, service quality, and attention to detail in client delivery.
Relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial services client-facing roles is highly beneficial.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client relationships and maintain accurate records.
Comfort working with financial reports, presentations, and CRM or relationship management tools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
