Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A;) Practice to lead and expand our global F&A; services. This senior leadership role is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, P&L; ownership, people development, and digital
transformation across the F&A; portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in
Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R) and
Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a solid focus on performance, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Operations
Lead and ensure flawless delivery of F&A; services across clients, meeting all contractual SLAs
and KPIs.
Oversee and drive excellence in key processes:
a. Procure to Pay (P2P) – requisitioning, procurement, vendor onboarding, invoice
handling, payments
b. Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice processing, exception handling, vendor management
c. Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application
d. Record to Report (R2R)



– journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
e. Order to Cash (O2C) – order entry, credit checks, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution
Leverage shared services and global delivery centers to drive efficiency and scalability.
Drive automation and digitization to enhance process throughput, accuracy, and turnaround
times.

Client Relationship & Growth
• Act as the strategic partner and advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Own and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) across the F&A; client base.
• Partner with business development, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to support pursuits and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

P&L; and Business Management
• Full ownership of P&L; for the F&A; practice, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.
• Identify levers for operational cost optimization and process
