Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical & PLC Maintenance Engineer based in Sankrail. The role involves performing electrical maintenance on production equipment, PLC-driven testing systems, and automated assembly lines to ensure reliable and safe operations. The engineer will diagnose electrical and PLC-related faults, carry out repairs, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Daily responsibilities include inspecting electrical systems, monitoring performance, updating maintenance records, coordinating with production teams, and supporting continuous improvement in equipment reliability. The role also requires adherence to safety standards, participation in root-cause analysis of recurring issues, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support high-volume manufacturing.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity for industrial equipment and systems.




Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance to plan, execute, and optimize maintenance activities.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or process industries.
Relevant experience with PLC-based control systems, automated machinery, and industrial safety standards is highly beneficial.
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution is preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in office in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
