Role Description The Head of Credit Cards and Lending at ZAVO will lead the strategy, design, and growth of credit card and lending products, ensuring they align with user needs and regulatory requirements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing product development, portfolio performance, risk management, and customer experience across the credit ecosystem.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, data, risk, marketing, and operations to launch and optimize offerings such as credit cards, personal loans, and EMI-related solutions. The Head of Credit Cards and Lending will analyze market trends, define credit policies, build partnerships with financial institutions, and drive initiatives that support sustainable growth, profitability, and responsible lending practices. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key performance metrics, refining underwriting strategies, improving collections processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong background in credit cards and consumer lending, including product strategy, portfolio management, and P&L; ownership.
Experience in credit risk management, underwriting frameworks, and collections processes within financial services or fintech.
