About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SaaS Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within HR Tech, to take end-to-end ownership of marketing for our products.

This is a 0–100 ownership role. You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, positioning our products, launching recent products, driving demand, managing acquisition channels, and building a scalable marketing engine.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move between strategy and execution and independently build marketing initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
Own product positioning, messaging, market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Build and execute demand generation and customer acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels.
Drive SEO, content marketing, paid marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and growth experiments.




Own website and landing-page messaging and work on conversion optimization.
Track key marketing metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
Build marketing processes and identify opportunities to scale the function as the company grows.

Requirements
2+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Previous experience working in a SaaS-based company is mandatory.
Experience in HR Tech / HR SaaS / Recruitment Tech / HRMS / ATS / AI Hiring will be strongly preferred.
Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market, demand generation, and growth marketing.
Experience taking products from positioning and strategy through execution and measurable growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS customer acquisition and marketing funnels.
