Job Purpose: This role is responsible to execute operations of the thermal power
plant during the shift,



focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and
compliance. The Lead Assistant Shift In-charge will support the management of
all units, switchyard, and Balance of Plant (BoP), and will work closely with
the Desk Engineer and other team members to maintain optimal plant performance
and handle emergencies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Lead- Assistant Shift In-charge (Plant Operations)

Operational Support and Efficiency:

Assist in the operation of all units, switchyard, and BoP with maximum
efficiency during the shift.

Support routine operational activities such as the lineup of units and their
auxiliaries, changeover of equipment, and routine testing of protection and
annunciation systems during the shift.

Support unit wise operations and handle emergencies including load throw off,
unit tripping, equipment tripping, and generation loss.

Participate in cold, hot and warm start-up, norm
