Energetic and target-oriented sales professional to drive adoption of Vajra across hospitals and medical colleges. The role involves directly engaging with Biomedical Engineering departments, hospital administrators and management, understanding their operational challenges, conducting product demonstrations and converting opportunities into customers.

A Biomedical Engineering background is strongly preferred, as the candidate should be comfortable understanding biomedical equipment, maintenance workflows and hospital biomedical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach hospitals, medical colleges and healthcare institutions.
Build relationships with Biomedical Engineers, Biomedical Heads, Hospital Administrators and Management.
Understand existing biomedical asset and maintenance processes and identify gaps Vajra can solve.
Conduct Vajra product demonstrations and explain its business and operational value.




Generate leads, follow up on opportunities and close sales.
Coordinate with the implementation team for successful customer onboarding.
Develop relationships with hospital groups, biomedical consultants and healthcare ecosystem partners.

Preferred Candidate
Biomedical Engineer / Biomedical Engineering graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hospital sales, medical-device sales, healthcare SaaS or biomedical operations.
Understanding of hospital Biomedical Departments and medical equipment is highly valuable.
Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a startup environment.
