Role Description The Export Manager role at Saraswati Global Rugs is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Export Manager will oversee international sales operations, manage export documentation, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations. This role involves developing and executing export strategies,



nurturing relationships with international buyers and distributors, and identifying new market opportunities. The Export Manager will collaborate with production, design, and finance teams to align inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules with international orders. Daily activities include monitoring shipment timelines, managing negotiations, preparing reports on export performance, and representing the brand in international trade communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents as per country-specific regulations and customer requirements.
Coordinate with logistics partners including freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and shipping lines for smooth shipment execution.
