Job Description
The Internal Communications & Brand Specialist will play a key role in bringing this to life. Working closely with leaders, HR and global communications teams, the role will develop compelling stories, deliver communication campaigns and help create a consistent employee and employer brand experience.



It is a hands-on specialist role that combines strategic thinking with excellent execution and content creation.
Key Responsibilities Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
Deliver communication plans that support business priorities, organisational change and employee engagement.
Translate business strategy and complex topics into clear, engaging employee-focused narratives.
Own and maintain the site editorial calendar
Manage internal communication channels and produce high-quality content for newsletters and campaigns.
Draft executive communications including emails, blogs, articles, speeches, talking points and leadership presentations.
Develop engaging presentations, visual assets and digital content using PowerPoint, Canva and other communication tools.
Coordinate multimedia and campaign assets with designers and external partners when required.
Develop communication toolkits and manager cascade materials where required.
