* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and
enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments.
* Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, imaging,
deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and asset recovery.
* Support conference room and collaboration technologies, including audio/video
systems, meeting room solutions, and workplace technology platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network
connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
* Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents,
perform repairs, and maintain technology standards.
* Support onboarding, office moves, technology rollouts, and other end-user
technology initiatives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, assets, incidents,
and service requests using IT service management tools.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational
