About the Role
As a Workday Testing Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between technical system configuration and end-to-end business process integrity across global People Technology initiatives. Sitting within the People Tech team, you will act as the core quality coordinator responsible for ensuring complex, high-sensitivity platform rollouts execute flawlessly without disrupting core HR workflows.
Because People Tech changes are often bundled into broader People Team projects that impact employee experience,
rollouts cannot always happen incrementally or iteratively. In this role, you will define end-to-end testing strategy, establish test script frameworks, and govern entry/exit criteria across project phases. You are not a process owner nor responsible for executing all test scripts yourself; instead, you will enable, organize, and guide People Team project resources who perform the validation across our People Tech stack (tools such as Workday, SmartRecruiters and Absorb).
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
E2E Test Scope Definition: Map out comprehensive end-to-end test scope covering user outcomes, HR business processes, and system configurations across multi-application People Tech projects.
Framework & Script Standardization: Establish standardized test script templates, quality benchmarks, and testing guidelines for People Team testers to execute reliably.
Phase Governance: Define, monitor, and enforce strict entry and exit criter
