Role Description: We are looking for a Litigation Jr. Associate - Civil to join our litigation team and independently assist in managing litigation and dispute-resolution matters before various courts, tribunals, and authorities. The ideal candidate should have strong legal research and drafting skills, sound knowledge of procedural law, good court exposure, and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision.



The role requires a combination of legal acumen, attention to detail, ownership, and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities
1. Litigation & Court Work
Handle and assist in the conduct of civil, commercial, corporate, and other litigation matters before appropriate courts, tribunals, and authorities.
Attend court proceedings, hearings, mentions, conferences, and other procedural matters.
Brief counsel and coordinate with arguing counsels, clerks, and other stakeholders as required.
Track hearings, orders, directions, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements.
Prepare hearing notes, case updates, chronologies, and matter status reports.
Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with court and tribunal procedures.
