About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive Agency Operations & HR Manager to help manage our day-to-day agency operations.
You’ll work closely with clients, video editors, and animators to make sure projects are assigned properly, deadlines are met, communication is smooth, and the team is working efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage communication and coordination with agency clients
Coordinate with editors, animators, and other team members
Assign projects and tasks based on team availability and skills
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Collect and communicate client feedback and revision requests
Follow up with team members regarding pending work
Monitor the quality and timely delivery of projects
Help resolve issues between clients and team members
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and managing editors/animators
Maintain team records, project status, and workflow




Identify workflow problems and help improve agency operations
Provide regular updates to the agency management
Requirements
Good communication and people-management skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Comfortable communicating with clients and creative teams
Problem-solving mindset
Responsible and proactive attitude
Previous experience in HR, project management, agency operations, or team management is preferred
Experience working with creative teams, video editors, or animators is a plus
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who can take ownership of the team and projects, communicate professionally with clients, and make sure things get done without constant supervision.
