Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Security Engineer role based in Surat. The Network Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security controls. The role involves monitoring network traffic, analyzing security events, and responding to incidents to minimize risk and downtime.



The engineer will perform regular vulnerability assessments, security audits, and configuration reviews, and will collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and enforce security policies and best practices. The position also includes documenting network and security configurations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, and recommending improvements to strengthen overall security posture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering for managing, configuring, and optimizing routers, switches, and other network devices.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Security and Cybersecurity for implementing firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and securing network communication against threats.
Candidates should possess skills in Information Security for risk assessment, policy development, compliance, and security governance.
