About the Role
We're hiring a Director of HR — the senior-most people leader in the company, reporting to the Founder. This is a Head of HR mandate: full ownership of the people agenda as the organization scales, from talent acquisition to org design, performance, and culture.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end people strategy as a true business partner to the Founder and Management Committee
Lead organization design as the company scales — structuring teams and building the org architecture for the next growth phase
Build and scale talent acquisition, particularly senior and mid-management hiring across functions
Design performance management, comp benchmarking, and rewards frameworks fit for a high-growth environment
Build leadership pipelines and succession plans for key roles




Shape culture through a period of rapid headcount growth
Own HR compliance and governance, including readiness for scale-up milestones like a potential IPO
Who We're Looking For
12-16 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time in FMCG or personal care — a strict requirement given the category's specific talent and culture dynamics
Prior experience as a senior HR leader (Head of HR/HR Director or equivalent) at a company that's navigated a high-growth phase
Strong grounding in org design, talent acquisition, and performance/comp frameworks
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on — this isn't a purely strategic seat
Experience building HR functions in-house, not just managing outsourced processes
