Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Feedback Executive. The person in this position will collect, review, and document customer feedback across multiple channels, including in-store interactions, calls, emails, and digital platforms. They will analyze feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement, and share these insights with relevant teams such as operations,



quality, and marketing. The role involves responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner, ensuring a positive experience and reinforcing Basil’s promise of transparency and honesty. The Customer Feedback Executive will also help design and refine feedback processes, contribute to reporting dashboards, and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond professionally to diverse customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
Basic data analysis and reporting abilities, including comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and feedback management systems.
