Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include managing petty cash, supporting credit control activities, preparing basic financial reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding payments and invoices. The role also involves assisting senior finance team members with routine documentation, data entry,



and periodic audits while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements. The candidate will work closely with the accounts and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely financial records that support smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess accounting and finance skills, including basic bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and understanding of financial processes.
Candidates should possess credit control skills, including tracking receivables, following up on outstanding payments, and supporting credit-related documentation.
Candidates should possess petty cash management skills, including handling cash transactions, maintaining records, and reconciling balances.
