Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, property presentations, negotiations,



and closure of sales for residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and project teams to ensure accurate product information, timely responses to customer inquiries, and high levels of client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and representing Sobha’s brand values in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Experience in team leadership and performance management, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales professionals.
