Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for an Outreach & Growth Manager (B2B - Partnerships) at DexLabs AI. The manager will identify and build strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions to promote the company's AI education solutions. Responsibilities include leading outreach campaigns, developing growth strategies,



managing client relationships, and overseeing partnership projects. The role involves setting goals, tracking progress through analytics, and delivering impactful results that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Sales skills for building and maintaining partnerships
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
Project Management expertise to effectively handle partnership-related projects and initiatives
A proactive mindset with proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members
Prior experience in B2B partnerships or the edtech sector is a robust advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
