Role Description This full-time, in office Travel Expert | Hospitality Lead Conversion & Customer Success role is based in Indore. The role involves managing inbound travel inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings,



and optimizing room night utilization across WOW STAYZ2’s partner properties. Daily responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, advising guests and corporate clients on suitable stays and itineraries, and ensuring smooth check-in, stay, and post-stay experiences. The Travel Expert will collaborate closely with hotel partners and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain high service standards, and enhance guest satisfaction. The role also includes tracking conversion metrics, gathering guest feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of hospitality processes and customer success strategies.

Qualifications
Excellent skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for individual and business trips.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle guests, partners, and corporate clients effectively.
Business Travel experience or understanding, including corporate bookings,
