Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a part time hybrid position based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting Smart Clicks’ digital content services, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with the production team to align client expectations, and supporting marketing activities such as social media outreach,



campaign planning, and promotional events. The Specialist will also provide product and service training to clients when needed, track performance metrics, and offer feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate leads, negotiate, and manage a structured sales process.
Candidates should possess Training skills to explain service offerings, usage, and value propositions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in digital marketing, content or media services, or related creative industries is beneficial.
