Head of Marketing (Real Estate experience is a must)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for an established 20-year-old real estate brand.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketing leader with 15 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of residential real estate, brand building, project marketing, digital marketing and performance-led customer acquisition.

This is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for developing and executing the organisation's overall marketing strategy, strengthening the brand's market position and driving business outcomes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for the organisation.
Strengthen and evolve the positioning of a well-established 20-year-old real estate brand.
Develop transparent brand architecture across the corporate brand and individual projects.
Ensure consistency in brand identity,



communication and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to modernise the brand while retaining its legacy, credibility and equity.

Project Marketing
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for residential real estate projects from pre-launch through launch, sustenance and sales closure.
Define project positioning, target audiences, communication strategy and go-to-market plans.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with inventory movement, sales targets and revenue objectives.
Develop differentiated strategies for premium, luxury, mid-segment and other relevant real estate categories.
Monitor market trends, competition, pricing and customer behaviour to continuously optimise campaigns.

Marketing Budget Management
Take complete ownership of an annual marketing budget of approximately ₹50–70 Crore.
Allocate budgets across brand, digital, performance marketing, media, outdoor,
