Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager responsible for building and managing the Director’s personal brand across Instagram and YouTube through completely organic growth strategies.

Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or relevant field.
* Skilled certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing will be an advantage.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
* Prior experience in handling founder, entrepreneur, influencer, or leadership personal brands preferred.




* Proven experience in achieving organic growth on Instagram and YouTube.

Required Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and organic growth strategies.
* Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and YouTube ranking factors.
* Knowledge of personal branding and authority-building strategies.
