Job Title: Site In-Charge / Project Site In-Charge

Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall execution, supervision, coordination, quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timely completion of assigned site works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, schedule, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities at the project site and ensure work progresses as per the approved schedule.
Supervise plumbing, irrigation, storm-water drainage and MEP-related works.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Team, QA/QC Team, consultants and client representatives.
Allocate manpower and monitor productivity of supervisors, technicians, plumbers, helpers and operators.
Study and execute work according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of pipes, fittings, chambers, valves and other materials.




Monitor material receipt, storage, consumption and reconciliation at site.
Ensure works are carried out according to required quality standards and approved specifications.
Coordinate inspections with the client/consultant/QC team and close inspection observations.
Monitor site safety and coordinate with the Safety Officer/Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Track daily progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Identify delays, site constraints and technical issues and report them to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for smooth execution.
Verify measurements and support preparation of RA bills, material reconciliation and quantity statements.
Maintain site records including drawings, inspection requests, material records, work progress and manpower reports.
Conduct coordination meetings and toolbox/technical discussions whenever
