Job Purpose

The Team Member- Treasury Back Office is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting of Mutual Fund, Shares, Fixed Deposit (FD) & other products purchase/sale transactions in the SAP Treasury Module across company entities, in compliance with accounting policies. It involves interacting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction execution, maintain financial integrity, and adherence to regulatory and internal controls.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accounting & Settlement

Processing fixed income transactions across all products daily while maintaining compliance with established financial protocols.
Collaborate with Treasury Front Office, Brokers, Counterparties, Depository Participants (DP), Finance & Accounts (F&A;) team, and Banks to facilitate seamless transaction settlements within defined timelines.




Oversee the clearing and reconciliation of Financial Instruments (FI) entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
Number of Transactions accounted
Timely settlement of transactions
Timely and accurate clearing of FI entries

Reconciliation

Responsible for reconciling General Ledger (GL) balances with SAP Treasury reports and aligning custodial statements with GL balances to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
% of reconciliation statements completed on time with no discrepancies leading to income leakage

Audit Management

Maintain timely submission of reports to the Finance & Accounts (F&A;) team for audit purposes, while effectively addressing and resolving audit queries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Audit Compliance & Timeliness

MIS & Reporting

Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of MIS reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for review by the Associate Manager/Manager, ensuring accuracy
