About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – B2C/D2C to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion for our consumer-focused business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2C/D2C sales, business development, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. This role requires someone who can identify growth opportunities, build and manage sales channels, develop partnerships, and work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2C/D2C business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify current customer segments, markets, channels, and business opportunities.
Own customer acquisition and conversion targets across relevant sales channels.
Develop and manage direct-to-consumer sales channels, including digital and offline channels.
Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution opportunities to expand market reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and channel stakeholders.




Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Track key metrics such as revenue, leads, conversion rate, CAC, customer retention, and repeat purchases.
Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports for management.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey and sales funnel.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage business partnerships effectively.
Take ownership of monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Candidate Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, or Revenue roles.
Strong experience in B2C, D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, or digital businesses.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
