Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects
across our lending platform. The ideal candidate should have robust project management expertise, hands-on
experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Define, manage, and control project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, process flows, status reports, and risk registers.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Facilitate communication between business, technical, and implementation teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field.
6+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, resources, and stakeholders.
Experience in project scope management, documentation, process mapping, and status reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Lending domains.
