Field Sales & Business Development Intern / Field Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals who can work on field sales, offline marketing, society activation and local customer acquisition.
This is a field-heavy role where the candidate will regularly go into societies, markets, public places and events to create awareness, generate leads and convert customers.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Customer Acquisition
● Visit societies, markets, public areas and commercial locations.
● Approach potential customers and explain Hoora's services/products.
● Generate leads through direct interaction.
● Follow up with interested customers and convert them.
● Maintain daily lead and conversion records.
Society Activities
● Identify suitable societies for campaigns.
● Coordinate with society management/RWA where required.
● Distribute pamphlets and promotional material.
● Put up approved posters/marketing material.
● Conduct small awareness and booking campaigns.
● Generate customer enquiries from society residents.




Events & Offline Activities
● Support planning and execution of local events.
● Set up and manage promotional stalls.
● Interact with visitors and explain the offering.
● Collect leads through QR forms/manual registration.
● Follow up on event-generated leads.
● Support public-area and festival-based promotional activities.
Office Support
● Make follow-up calls when required.
● Update lead sheets/CRM.
● Prepare daily activity reports.
● Coordinate with the MF, RSM and internal teams.
● Support other sales and marketing activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
● Graduate/fresher/
● Valuable communication and convincing ability.
● Comfortable talking to unknown customers.
● Comfortable with extensive local travel.
● Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and smartphones.
● Positive attitude and willingness to work on the ground.
● Sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
● Two-wheeler and valid driving l
