Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Commissary Chef based in Bengaluru. The Commissary Chef will oversee centralized production of mise en place, sauces, gravies, marinades, and base preparations for multiple restaurant and catering outlets. Responsibilities include planning and executing production schedules, standardizing recipes,



ensuring portion control, and maintaining consistent taste and quality across all brands. The role involves supervising commissary kitchen staff, organizing workstations, monitoring food safety, hygiene, and inventory, and coordinating with outlet chefs and catering teams on daily and event-specific requirements. The Commissary Chef will also assist in menu development, cost optimization, vendor coordination, and training team members to uphold Swathi Group’s culinary standards.

Qualifications
Strong culinary skills in bulk production, Indian and international cuisines, and standardized recipe execution.
Experience in commissary or central kitchen operations, including portion control, batch cooking, and food cost management.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI or equivalent), with experience in HACCP or similar systems.
