About the Role
Tenders+ is looking for motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Tenders+ solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
For Senior Sales Executive
In addition to the above:
Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
Handle key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop a deeper understanding of client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Support junior sales team members when required.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
For Sales Manager
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Drive recent business acquisition and revenue growth.
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and target achievement.
Coach team members and help improve overall sales performance.
