Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. (MMPL) is looking for a Relationship Manager – West Region, based in Delhi, to manage and grow our existing client relationships across IndiaPicture, Shutterstock and our creative & licensing solutions.
? This is NOT a cold-acquisition role.
We already have a strong existing client portfolio across leading brands, advertising agencies and media organisations.
Our client portfolio includes names such as Ogilvy, DDB, BBDO, Leo Burnett, Publicis Groupe, Aditya Birla Group, Dabur, Asian Paints, Hero, PNB Housing Finance, DANsu, and others.
? About the Role
The focus of this role is to understand existing clients better, identify their evolving business and creative needs, build deeper relationships and grow business within existing accounts.
You will work closely with corporate, agency and brand clients and build relationships across Marketing, Creative, Brand, Digital, Procurement and Production teams.
? What Will You Do?
• Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate, agency and brand clients
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Increase account engagement, penetration and revenue
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities around visual content, creative production, AI and licensing
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution-oriented discussions
• Reactivate inactive customers and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar tools for account research, meeting preparation and chance identification
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

3–5 years of experience in:
