About The Role

As a Proposal Writer / Proposal Management Specialist, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the business development and proposal support team, collaborating with sales teams, subject matter experts, project managers, and key stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve proposal development workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning. As part of a team of self-starters, you will create compelling proposal content,



enhance knowledge management practices, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve proposal success and efficiency.

In This Role, You Will

Write proposals in transparent, concise, and compelling language that effectively communicates value and solutions.
Maintain high-quality proposal deliverables by utilizing established templates, standards, and best practices for readability, consistency, and tone.
Manage and maintain proposal support databases, repositories, and knowledge management systems.
Coordinate proposal reviews and approvals with project managers, sales teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders.
Continuously improve proposal development processes, methodologies, coordination practices, and reusable content libraries.
Support proposal development efforts by researching and assembling information from prior proposals, internal repositories, and other relevant sourc
