Role Description This is a full-time, Social Media Marketing Manager role for our Stone coating brand - Winseal. Winseal manufactures products used to clean, protect and enhance stone, concrete and brick surfaces using nano-engineered, specialist coatings and cleaners designed for homeowners, architects, developers, hotels and institutional clients across India.
The Marketing Manager will plan and execute social media marketing strategies to promote Winseal’s products across target industries, including D2C (homeowners, villa owners etc) and B2B (Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, Institutions etc).
Scripting and Content creation:



Drafting scripts for Instagram, Youtube, Meta Ads that hook viewers and rive sales. Drafting captions, ad copy, and WhatsApp content that converts. Plan the monthly content calendar with clear themes, product focus, and posting schedule. Develop content ideas rooted in real customer problems.
Shoot management: Plan and manage content shoots — on site at client locations or in-house. Brief the video editor and graphics designer clearly using the content brief format. Review all content before it is published.
Organic Performance : Drive organic engagement, initiate collaborations, build community around the brand. Identify and flag high-performing content themes and replicate them.
The Social Media Marketing Manager will also support brand positioning, participate in industry events, and collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance market visibility and lead generation.
