Key Accountabilities • Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial contracts,
agreements, MOUs, NDAs, leases, and vendor/customer agreements. • Provide legal
advisory on commercial, operational, manufacturing, and regulatory matters. •
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, FSSAI, factory licenses, registrations,
and regulatory approvals. • Support manufacturing units in obtaining and
renewing statutory licenses and approvals. • Identify legal risks and recommend
mitigation measures. • Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation,
arbitration, and legal notices. • Draft legal notices, replies, affidavits,
petitions, and other legal documents. • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and
advise stakeholders on compliance requirements. • Maintain contract repository
and legal documentation. • Support Procurement, Sales, HR, Finance, Supply
Chain, and Manufacturing on legal matters. • Assist in dispute resolution and
commercial negotiations. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and
internal legal policies. • Represent the organization before regulatory




authorities where required. • Conduct legal awareness sessions for employees. •
Support the Head – Legal in strategic legal initiatives.
