Key Responsibilities Finance Process Automation
* Identify, evaluate, and automate repetitive and manual finance processes
across:
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* General Ledger (GL)
* Fixed Assets
* Treasury
* Financial Reporting
* Taxation and Compliance
* Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and ERP
capabilities.
* Establish end-to-end automated workflows to improve process efficiency and
reduce turnaround time.

Digital Transformation & Innovation
* Develop the finance automation roadmap aligned with organizational
objectives.
* Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as:
* Artificial Intelligence (AI)
* Machine Learning (ML)
* Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
* Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
* Business Intelligence (BI) tools
* Evaluate and recommend suitable automation platforms and technologies.

ERP & Systems Management




* Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize ERP
functionalities.
* Lead automation initiatives within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
Dynamics, etc.
* Support system upgrades, process enhancements, and integration projects.

Data Analytics & Reporting
* Develop automated MIS reports and management dashboards.
* Build real-time reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
tools.
* Enhance data accuracy, reconciliation processes, and reporting capabilities.

Process Improvement & Governance
* Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for standardization.
* Establish controls and governance mechanisms for automated processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit
requirements.
* Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
