Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, translate them into tailored real estate and investment solutions, and support end-to-end deal execution. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations,



demonstrating how Francom Group’s services meet client needs, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves managing client inquiries, performing basic due diligence support in coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Sales Engineer will also gather client feedback, contribute to proposals and documentation, and support market research to identify new opportunities in India and the UAE.

Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze client needs, design appropriate service solutions, and assist with implementation and follow-up.
