Role Description The Interior Site Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. This position coordinates site activities, manages subcontractors and internal teams, and ensures that work such as carpentry, gypsum and partition installation, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The role involves monitoring project schedules, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, and communicating status updates to project managers and clients. The Interior Site Coordinator reviews drawings and BOQs, verifies materials and workmanship, conducts site inspections, and supports timely completion of milestones. The position also requires maintaining documentation, adhering to company processes, and collaborating closely with designers, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality interiors.
