Role Description DDAI Tech is looking for a SAP FSCD Functional Analyst to support SAP Insurance/Financial Services applications.

• Payment Processing, Invoicing & Collections
• SAP Configuration & Production Support
• Incident Troubleshooting & Resolution
• Basic SAP Integration Knowledge
• Robust MS Excel skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for SAP FSCD issues
• Troubleshoot payment, invoicing and collection-related incidents
• Support minor configuration changes and enhancements
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Document and track issues through ticketing systems
