About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you aren’t just writing code; you are setting the technical direction for your team and owning outcomes end to end. You will drive architecture and design for critical systems, lead execution across squads, and be the engineer the team turns to for hard technical calls.
You will raise the engineering bar by mentoring SDE-I and SDE-II engineers, leading design and code reviews, and partnering with the EM and PM to shape the team’s technical roadmap. You will be a force multiplier for the team in a quick-paced, agile environment.
