Job Role: Recruitment Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR)
Salary for Graduate : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary for MBA (HR): ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Incentive: Applicable after 6 months
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (75 Km from Delhi)
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Coordinate for interviews with candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates until joining
Requirements:
Valuable communication in English
Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel
