Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our Delhi, India location. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing architectural projects while adhering to client requirements and industry standards. Daily tasks include developing creative architectural designs, ensuring integration with project goals, managing project timelines,



and collaborating with teams from various disciplines to deliver productive and functional spaces.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Design and the ability to create functional and innovative spaces
Experience in Project Management, including planning, overseeing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
Strong skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture and design tools
Advanced knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required
LEED certification or experience in sustainable architecture is a strong asset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
