Role Description This is a full-time Gold Loan Sales role based in Aurangabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will drive gold loan sales by engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining product features,



assessing customer requirements, and offering suitable gold loan solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely processing of gold loan applications, coordinating with branch staff for valuation and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves generating leads through local outreach activities, building relationships with existing and prospective customers, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase gold loan business. Adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards, along with providing a positive customer experience, will be essential.
