You've spent years in kitchens. You know what a good one feels like, and you know exactly what's missing from a bad one. Now we're asking you to build one from the ground up, your way.

NourishSmart is a wellness brand for Indian vegetarian families, still early, still being shaped. We need someone to walk in and own the kitchen entirely. Not manage a shift. Own it.

You'll design the recipes. Set the standard for how every dish is cooked, plated, and tasted, so it's the same whether you make it or someone you trained makes it. You'll build the training programme from scratch, and decide who's ready to represent this kitchen and who isn't yet. You'll help choose the equipment before a single rupee is spent on it, because you know what a kitchen actually needs to run, not what looks positive on paper.

Once we're live, you run the floor. Every morning starts with your briefing. Every dish gets your final check before it goes out. Every week, you sit with the nutrition team and turn health requirements into food people actually want to eat. This is not fusion,



not fancy plating for Instagram. This is real Indian vegetarian cooking, done with precision, done with care, done right, every single time.

If you've spent your career being told what to cook, this is the opposite of that. We want someone who's ready to define the food, train the people, and build a kitchen from nothing into something that runs like clockwork. Someone who's done the grunt work for years and is finally ready to lead.

This will be messy in the beginning. Startups are. But if you want to build something with your name on it, something that outlasts the early chaos, we want to talk to you.

What we are looking for:
A degree or diploma from a recognised hotel management institute, IHM or equivalent. Strong background in Indian vegetarian cooking at a commercial scale. Knowledge of nutrition and how food choices affect health is a plus.
