Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in New Delhi. The Loan Officer will evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend appropriate lending solutions in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, explaining loan products and terms, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with underwriting to ensure timely approvals.



The role also involves managing the end-to-end loan origination process, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing customer support to address queries and ensure a smooth disbursement experience. The Loan Officer will collaborate with internal teams to meet portfolio quality and sales targets while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
Professional experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar lending role, with a strong understanding of loan processes and regulations.
Solid foundation in Finance, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and basic accounting concepts.
Knowledge of Underwriting principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with underwriting teams.
Experience in Loan Origination, including document collection, verification, and processing of applications.
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clear
