Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain weighing systems at client locations, ensuring accurate performance and compliance with technical specifications. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, calibrating equipment, and providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.



The role involves field visits for service calls, documenting work performed, and preparing basic service reports. The Service Engineer will collaborate with sales, projects, and technical teams to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for industrial weighing systems and related equipment.
Candidates should possess solid Field Service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
Candidates should possess reliable Maintenance & Repair abilities for electro-mechanical and instrumentation components.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining technical issues, documenting service activities, and coordinating with teams and clients.
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field is preferred.
