Role Description The Branch Head is a full-time, in office role based in Betul, responsible for overall branch performance and growth. The role includes leading and supervising branch staff, setting sales targets, monitoring achievement,



and ensuring high-quality customer service for all lending products. The Branch Head oversees daily branch operations, including loan processing, collections, compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines, and risk management. This position also focuses on developing local business relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The Branch Head prepares regular performance reports, coordinates with regional and corporate teams, and fosters a culture of integrity, accountability, and teamwork within the branch.
