Role Overview

This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to APIs, integrations, and software products. It is not intended for developers, QA/Test Engineers, Desktop/IT Support, Network, Hardware, or Infrastructure Support profiles without relevant API/Product Support experience.

We are looking for an API & Product Support Executive with hands-on experience in API troubleshooting, Postman/Swagger, application/product support, and customer-facing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients through email, chat, calls, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot REST APIs and integrations using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.




Analyze API requests/responses, HTTP status codes, headers, payloads, and authentication issues.
Investigate, reproduce, and resolve application/product issues.
Assist customers with API integration, configuration, authentication, and product functionality.
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and QA teams for escalations.
Document issues, resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience in API, Product, Application, Technical, or Integration Support.
Robust understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, parameters, authentication, and JSON/XML.
Experience troubleshooting software applications, SaaS products, or API integrations.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
