Role Description

The Senior Brand Manager – Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role will lead brand strategy and positioning across key client accounts,



translating business objectives into clear marketing plans and measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing integrated brand and digital campaigns, overseeing content and creative direction, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The Senior Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage omnichannel distribution, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. The role also involves managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to new business pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

Brand strategy and positioning skills, including experience defining brand narratives, value propositions, and market differentiation.
Digital and performance marketing expertise across social, search, and other paid/organic channels, with the ability to plan and optimize campaigns.
