Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, and supporting the company's growth initiatives in the IT services domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.




Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and company offerings.
Support business development and marketing initiatives as required.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields.
2025/2026 pass-outs (or as applicable).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
No prior experience required.
