Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Compliance will be responsible for coordinating compliance and regulatory requirements related to New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD). The role will ensure timely completion of Legal Metrology, artwork approvals, product documentation, coding and other compliance-related activities while coordinating with internal teams,



vendors and external stakeholders.

The role will also support MIS reporting, procurement coordination and maintenance of compliance and product-related records in IMS.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & NPD/EPD Coordination
Coordinate compliance-related activities for new and EPD products.
Coordinate Legal Metrology and Weights & Measures requirements for applicable products.
Coordinate and follow up on regulatory and compliance documentation required for product development.
Review and coordinate artwork approvals to ensure applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are incorporated.
Follow up with relevant internal teams for timely approval and closure of new product and artwork-related activities.
Coordinate payments and samples required for new and EPD products.
Coordinate creation of EAN codes and internal item codes for new products.
